Jin Yang's Dual Arm Type pay-off has the advantage of its arms moving vertically to keep the center of gravity low for ease of changing bobbins. Using a pneumatic cylinder to hold bobbins allows operators to change the bobbin size without changing any adapters.
It receives signals from the dancer to control the tension on the cable with its AC motor.
With the dual bobbin setup, it saves time when a bobbin change is needed, but it requires a pay-off accumulator in order to avoid stopping the production line.
