Automotive Cable Line
The picture above shows Jin Yang Machinery's Automotive Cable Line. The automotive cable line can produce a cable cross-section range of 0.3 mm² to 6.0 SQmm².
When the total take-up coil cable length is 1000 m, the line speed can reach up to 1000 MPM (meter per minute).
By joining the conductors together and using the cone type pay-off, it produces a non-stop cable production line. By using the auto-coiler, the customers can produce a coil size of 200mm (ID), 400mm (OD), or 100mm (H). By using a two banding machine setup, the coils can be banded four ways. Also, adding a heat shrink- wrapping machine, labeler and palletizer, the entire process can be fully worker free. The coils produced from this line can be ready to sell as a pallet, fully automated. |
